Meet Beth Yehaskel
Beth has spent 25+ years working across every part of the GTM system. She started as an operator, leading teams including Customer Success and Business Operations, then shifted to work as a consultant, spending five years refining her expertise in Revenue Architecture and GTM strategy with Winning by Design before launching Elevate GTM Executives in 2024. This background has allowed her a unique point of view and the ability to quickly identify patterns, common missteps, and know what works best to get companies back on track.
A lifelong systems thinker who believes in the power of data-driven decisions, Beth has long recognized how the health of the "connective tissue" across functions shapes a company's overall success. She brings that lens to every client engagement — breaking apart complex problems and designing solutions that are simple, scalable, and built to last.
"Simple is not easy" is a guiding principle at Elevate. It's often easier to lean into complexity, but solutions that are truly simple are the ones teams can execute consistently. And consistent execution is what drives sustainable growth. More often than not, companies don't need to do more. They need to do the right things, reliably.
Elevate clients also benefit from Beth's training as an ICF-Certified Executive Coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Her coaching background shapes not just her 1:1 coaching work, but how she approaches change management, organizational transformation, and the way leadership teams communicate and collaborate.
When engagements call for additional expertise, Beth draws on a deep network of GTM specialists to match the right talent to the need.

The symptoms that companies struggle with, like missed quotas, high churn, or poor forecasting are often due to GTM System issues rather than problems within a single functional area. Our goal is to not only provide insights, but to teach leaders we work with how to surface valuable insights on their own.
We don’t just offer expensive bandaids in the form of playbooks that sit on shelves. At every stage of our work, we focus on finding root causes of GTM challenges and solutions that drive alignment and strengthen your foundation. Our goal is to help your GTM teams break out of siloed thinking and apply a systems mindset to their work that they carry forward.
